The Whole Enchilada Cafe in downtown Oklahoma City

I judge all Mexican restaurants first and foremost by their cheese enchiladas. Needless to say, with a name like The Whole Enchilada, this restaurant built up some high expectations. And I wasn?t disappointed, which actually is a huge accomplishment.
